Jason I think you’re really underestimating the Lakers talent. The lakers are a lot deeper and Dlo had problems against Bruce Brown and he’s no longer on the team. Plus Dennis Schroeder was too small to guard Murray and now the Lakers have Prince, Vincent, Vando , Reeves and Christie in the rotation to guard Murray. You should bring me on the show to breakdown how much the lakers are better. I’m addition, the Laker will have more chemistry going into the playoffs instead of the just put together team they had at the deadline and still lost by a total of 16 points in a 4 games sweep which was really closer then what a sweep entails. Christian Wood will be able to spread out the floor along with all the other shooters to leave one on one matchups for Lebron & AD. Last year teams could sag off of Dennis Schroeder and camp in the lane and also sag off Vando. This year Taureen and Max are capable shooters that can guard and won’t be unplayable like Vando or a undersized Lonnie Walker. Lastly I’m glad Dennis isn’t on the team
Anymore because Coach Ham affinity for Schroeder hurt the team because Austin Reeves never got a chance to guard Murray. No one can stop Jokic so the Lakers must contain Murray
I'm so happy with how DLO looks right now. Hes playing like hes in mid season form already. He is ready to torch the league this year. Outside of DLO this team looks just as insane as we thought it did on paper. I'm not even sure how you gameplan vs this Lakers team.

Crazy Lakers arrogance to literally bury the Celtics breakdown–apparently the 3rd best playoff chances in the league according to Jason–until the end of the pod while going into inexplicable detail on a completely insignificant Lakers pre season game. We've now reached an out of control and hard to explain 'business decision' Come on Jason. This was laughable and disgraceful. I'm trying hard to want to continue with you. You obviously love the game and bring better breakdown than almost anyone. But this was egregious.

Denver lost 2 of the 8 rotational key players in the playoffs. Lakers not only did enough to retain their young core but they filled the roster with capable players, and they will have a full training camp and season to gel. I don't see Denver over them by any means, specially after winning a championship. Remember, is not easy at ALL to repeat, we've had 4 different champions the last 4 years. And Lebron was playing injured

Also consider that basically every game without both kawhi and Paul George went down to the wire with Norman Powell even scoring 40 1 game.

You do understand that preseason doesn't mean anything right? Also, just because they played well without LBJ and AD doesn't mean that when those guys are on the floor, that they'll play amazing TOGETHER.
