    We look deeper and more structured. Not to mention better-coached. We're getting scoring up and down the roster rather than streaky plays that stopped working out once injuries set in. Our passing/positioning alone is night and day from last year.

    difference from last season’s team full of prospects and misfits that are no longer playing on this team so get the hell over the past and worry about the future which is looking pretty dam good so far!

    That dude puts way to much credit on Debrincat. The roster is more than 50% turnover. Debrincat is the best offensive addition but it’s the sum of the parts that makes the difference. Also, the red wings have more depth than Ottawa. They are literally sitting players and the coach even says those players shouldn’t be sitting but it’s just the reality of the situation.

    Real difference is 2nd year in this coaches system. He has them playing with speed, short quick passes, competing harder. Lalond was the best pickup Stevie has made.
