    If I were the GM of the Flames, I would have tried to trade either Monahan or Gaudreau or at THE VERY LEAST demoted them to Second or even Third Line. This Series is proof that both of these players don’t deserve to be in that First Line anymore. I’d also attempt to get the best Goalie in Free Agency or at THE VERY LEAST attempt to build off of Talbot to give him another chance. But I know Treliving ain’t like that. He’s gonna do some questionable stuff to “improve” the Flames and that will only repeat this Year all over again. I swear I’m the only Flames Fan who wants Treliving to be fired. Nothing over these years has proven he had done that much to help the Flames. The amount of Goalies alone that failed under his system is too big of a burden. Nothing says in my opinion that Treliving will save us from this mess. I know the Flames won’t win with this core, yet Treliving would claim that we’re still good with whatever the hell we have.

    I somehow knew this series was over when we blew it with 12 seconds left in Game 4. It’s the same predictable schtick, we start off a Series strong and then we blow it. It’s almost as if the Flames believed they can’t win without Tkachuk, so when he left, that’s likely where we shot ourselves in the foot.

    Overall this Season sucked and this is exactly what I saw too. This is also not counting how the Social Media group took the time from the Pandemic before the Playoffs started, such as NHL 20 games to give us false hope by automatically making us win, or the whole trend they tried to do with the #TrickShot4Snowy Challenge.

    Hopefully next year, whenever that is, is better and less predictable than this year. Enjoy that like from a Yoshi like me who clearly hated this season. You deserve it for showing how awful we were.

    Flames are Hopefuls in NHL 20 terms. Once they get rid of Gaudreau or Monahan they will get a Top 5 pick or 10 and get the prospect they need and sign a huge free agent like Holtby

    I dont believe it was on purpose but i do believe it was embarrassingly reckless. he crosses the line all the time. the fact that he trains with scheifele is really telling to his mindset. no respect for his opponents and thats the real issue. classless and gutless.

    I’d like to see a video where you go through the entire Flames roster and talk about what moves/trades you would make, who you would keep and who you wouldn’t, where and how to improve the team overall and essentially just be the GM for a day and outline a plan of everything you would do moving forward–there’s so much to consider going into next season with the salary cap not increasing, the Seattle expansion draft next year and all the free agents Calgary has, both restricted and unrestricted. It’s going to be a pretty big/important off-season for you guys.

    It’s kinda funny how flames fans are getting mad over tkachuk getting injured. Yea losing a star player sucks but you’re mad because Benn slashed him intentionally. Did we watch the same game when gioradano cross-checked an already injured laine ??? 🤣🤣 no hate tho and it does suck to see another Canadian team lose! Oh well! 😅😁😁

    Feel your pain and frustration and feels too familiar with first round heartbreaks in the 1990s. Team sure went through a lot for their 40th anniversary season between the TJ Brodie collapse and the Bill Peters situation. Then COVID happened added to it. It's time to consider shopping Johnny Gaudreau and let some defenseman hit the free agency. Like Geoff Ward but tempted to knock on Gerard Gallant or Peter Lavoilette door. Team needs a coach like that right now with a few player changes to get beyond the first round heartbreak. Did miss Matthew Tkachuk for sure.

    Wouldn’t say they choked. They don’t have a top 20 goalie, you can’t win a playoff series without a decent goalie

    Tkachuk was quite a beast in the regular seasons, and his absense in the post season didn't help…This is coming from an Oilers fan

    I’m from Lethbridge, I feel your pain bro….. I’m just as shook, each time I ordered a flames license plates for my vehicle it came THE DAY AFTER THEY WERE ELEMINATED………. in 2019 and 2020 :’(
