Ils ont terminé la saison dernière comme la pire équipe de la LNH. Pourtant, cette saison, dirigés par le nouvel entraîneur-chef Greg Cronin, qui a clairement du feu en lui après avoir été expulsé du récent match des Penguins, les Ducks viennent de balayer un road trip de 4 matchs pour la première fois en 10 ans en battant les Jackets. , Bruins the Flyers et déchirant le cœur de mes Penguins avec un vainqueur en désavantage numérique de McTavish à seulement 12 secondes de la fin. Après leur match d’hier soir contre les Coyotes de l’Arizona, les Ducks en ont désormais gagné 5 de suite ! Comment cela se passe-t-il ? Who has impressed you more this season – the Arizona Coyotes or the Anaheim Ducks?
The Pirates were 12 games over .500 before Memorial Day.
If the Ducks are still playing like this in February, I'll start to buy in.

I don't think it's a controversial statement to say that even with their recent play, the Ducks are not a serious playoff contender this year. That being said, anyone saying they aren't the real deal simply hasn't been watching their games. Arguably their worst games of the season have happened during this win streak, and even then they've looked extremely dominant through a good % of play.
If they can improve their discipline and take fewer penalties (they've been awful with PIM this year), they'll be monsters by next year.
The ducks
Deciding i wanted to be more of a hockey fan a few years ago i chose Anaheim as my team soley because i liked the mighty ducks movies as a kid. I dont mind rooting for a losing team but last year was pretty sad. Glad to see the new talent is paying off and excited to see how this new team developes
I know people have to make content, but I'm so sick of videos that are about how good teams are performing 10 GAMES into the season. Give me a break.

I'm just having fun watching the Ducks grow as a team. The young players are showing they belong in the NHL and if they make the playoffs, bonus! If not it won't be long. On top of all that Z hasn't even started scoring like he will and then there is Killorn and Drysdale who are injured. When they get back the team will be even better. Just a lot of fun with no real expectations right now. I do like what Arizona has been doing. They have some good young talent as well.

They’ve got pieces, people wondering why the gm squeezed Zegras etc. because they’re gonna have to pay all these guys. they’ve still got someone like Zellweger coming too.
Gibson has been my favourite goalie since I've started watching hockey. If Dostal is under his wing, I think he'll do great
I don't think it's sustainable. I mean what's Frank V's career high? 22 and he's already got 9? With two hat tricks? I just don't think it's likely going to maintain. It's certainly fun to watch and I'm not suggesting people not enjoy it. But I don't think there being much a shot that this continues long term.
