Can we not get better questions asked. I am a flames fan, and our team is going through the same thing . The questions that get asked are ridiculous. Obviously, both teams want those games back and don't want to be in that spot, yet the reporters persist in asking the most ridiculous questions. It's a tough season for Alberta hockey right now.
McDavid is getting tired of this team. You can see his exhaustion with failure. You can guarantee he is looking at moving.
Too many bad contracts, 97 and 29 can only compensate for so much. Several Oilers are paid 3 times their value, all over the ice. Minnesota has 14.7 dead cap and manages better balance, they could even afford 97 soon.

It’s time ,in fact past time, the goaltending has to be addressed. Skinner and Campbell are so bad. It’s actually time to seriously discuss a blockbuster. The “big” names have to be included in talks. If a team wants Drai they have to take Nurse , no salary retained. Then start filling in the void with a new GM.

Sometimes i think its a bad idea to have superstars be captains. Mcdavid has no fight in him during times of conflict, not what you want to see out of your captain when players like makinnon, pietrangelo, ovechkin, stone, stamkos, and even crosby are willing to drop the gloves every once in a while and those are the last 8 stanley cup winners btw.
