I disliked them for so long, but they grew on me and now I really love the pumpkin alt.
Though I’m in the (probable) minority of the 00’s navy blue/stripes era being my favorite.
I think they’re very snazzy

one of my faves. my first ever jersey actually. my dad got me a Yashin one back in like 03, and still wear it to this day.

I was in the age range of being considered a « cool young adult » at the time these came out and I hated them. Still think they’re our ugliest jersey. Not the ugliest sports jersey I’ve ever seen but my least favorite of ours.
I bought one at the coliseum the day they came out. They played the senators to 5-5 tie. I love that jersey

Blatant copy of Dallas, but this was/is one of my favorites.
They’re okay. I liked them when they came out and I picked up a Michael Peca autographed one at the team store. They just look dated now, and not in a classic throwback kind of way.

My favorite of all the 3rd/Alternative jerseys. I have a white Trottier jersey I usually wear to home games. When I’m at an away game and want my jersey to stand out, I’ll bust this one out.
I have one that I bought back then and I was wearing it a lot during one of our recent playoff runs (it seemed to be good luck). It’s solid, so odd design choices but overall I still like it. I’m kind of surprised they didn’t use it for the basis of a reverse retro because it’s fairly unique
