  1. The key word CHARACTER we need to bring this back in this country.

  2. I thought that when Weber was healthy he was the most dominant defenseman in the league. Best all round. He controlled games. And he could beat pretty near anyone. But championships and hardware get you in.

  3. It's a popularity contest. Barrasso is an example Pete rose is another. Rose was the best player of all time.

  4. Haven't got to the McDavid part of the video yet but i don't think McDavid wants this treatment from the Oilers. He wants to win and play hockey and Edmonton isn't doing that right now.

  5. Bo was a great player for us. I sure would have liked him to score 50 goals that year in the green and blue. Aside from a few "I'll tell you that for free" signs at the game nothing but love.

  6. Zadorov isnt half the player of Tanev, if Tanev is healthy, as he has been for most of the past few seasons

  7. A hall of fame game..two original 6 teams, not necessarily always this time of year or Toronto

  8. Horvath turned into Raty, Beauvillier, Hronek. Cap also meant someone had to go Miller, Hughes, Peterrsson, Horvat. They'd already signed Miller, so how do you see Hughes or Peterrsson leaving and Horvat staying.

  9. I already assumed Mike Vernon was in the HHoF. To hear he's not is pretty shocking. And as a player I hated the teams he played for both the Flames who were great rivals of the Canucks and the very "suss" Red Wings who seemed to garner the right calls from refs at the right time every year. But still as a player I thought Vernon was already in a long time ago.
