    The crazy thing is that since the start of September, there has only been 9 trades in the entire NHL and the Canucks have been involved in 5 of them.

    So, it's now Horvat, a 2nd rd pick, and a 3rd rd pick in exchange for… Filip Hronek, Aatu Raty, and Nikita Zadorov. That's pretty damn good.

    From every Calgary writer that I have read since he requested a trade, most were expecting a bidding war that would net them AT LEAST a first round pick, which was obviously ridiculous.

    Just hope he does not pull a Tryamkin kind of move by demanding ice time and not buying in to the Tocchet plan
