Kings started this game slow with a bad 1st period, but it was all gas after that. Loved seeing every line contribute tonight, and it was especially nice to see Kempe break his cold streak. On to Vegas tomorrow for a tougher contest.

Got goalied and still won 5-1

  4. rascalmonster

Fox said Kempe needed to get back on the scoresheet with a goal, glad it happened twice! Hopefully this was an easy enough game to have enough energy vs Vegas tomorrow

Dominating the ice until the last second. You love to see it!

Absolute ass kicking, love to see it

Terrible first period but damn they mustve hit the smelling salts in the 1st intermission cuz it was domination from there on. All 4 lines on the scoresheet at even strength. PP looked better, probably deserved a better fate there.

This could’ve been 10 goals easily.

Hoo-wee, always glad to see the Sharks suffer. 5-1 does me good. Picked up so hard after that 1st period, great stuff!

LFGGGGG!!!! also vegas lost so thank you Ducks! (still fuck you ducks)

  10. Second one goal shutout against the Sharks for Rittich, Kempe with a pair, and Laferrier literally took it on the chin for his linemate.

It almost balances that first period. Almost.

If you wanna crown em then crown em!

Glad Kempe could get the monkey off his back, he was so good in the 3rd

Dubois 2 game goal streak… keep it going please

Also props to Laf, he’s got a lot of fire in him and he’s actually been playing much better recently I think. His production has bumped up a bit too. If he can keep it going, that line is going to be a lot better and he could find himself staying on this roster permanently

Took a period, but the boys took that one over 2nd period on. Love to see Juice get on the board and really nice to see the Dubois line have another good night. Very steady game from Dave, as well.

One thing I noticed, which I love, is that Fiala was benched after that turnover in the 1st. Given that Todd did the same with Spence vs Calgary, I thought that was a good move. Set the standard for all, and Kev came back and played a great game. That’s a Todd W.

+2 in the standings, big one tomorrow. GKG

might be early, but thoughts on keeping Rittich at 2 even when Cop comes back (tho that’ll be a while, I know)?

I kind of forgot about hating on the Sharks because of how annoying Edmonton and Vegas have been as of late. But damn it still feels good to blow them out

  19. VerifiedBackup9999

Nice to have a competent backup goalie.

We have been a top scoring team, even with three of our best offensive minded players on dry streaks. All three of them scored tonight and I am really excited about the prospect of them getting going.
