The Avs afterburners are torching everyone this season. There was absolutely no reason the stars should have lost, they had everything going for them, even the refs once. Mackinnon and Drouin are the new duo to be scared of and Georgie held it together despite Colton messing up big time. Awsome game.

Haha-2 games in Dallas…3-0 3rd period defecit turns into a regulation win,& 2 goal defecit halfway through the 3rd tonight turns into an OT win-when i wouldve been ecstatic with an OT LOSS in either game going into the 3rd. I wouldve been reasonably happy BEFORE both games with 1 road point vs an elite contender. What shouldve been 4 pts for Dallas,& none for us…is instead 4 for the Avs,& 1 for you. Instead of Dallas being up 3pts on us…they are 4 back-what a huge swing off 2-3rd periods. (granted Stars 2 games in hand)
Basically makes up for our collapse in the final seconds in Nashville.(which ironically Dallas later did the same thing to Nashville-except they somehow scored twice down 1-with even fewer seconds left in regulation. Didnt like Dallas doing it-but kind of some karma Pred fans-lol)Far less egregious-but still aggrevating was blowing at least 1 pt vs Seattle with 30 seconds left.
Funny thing-both teams tonight damn near got nothing in the final 30 seconds…Makar almost paid for something almost as awful as what he did in Nashville. But alls well…that ends like that! What an amazing 2 games…2 more at Ball,& likely a 2nd round playoff matchup-my opinion.(sorry WPG-but there is so much hockey left to play) And I believe Mckinnon just tied Kucherov for the pts lead-if Im not mistaken.
