They signed Kane with a gambling problem and it worked out. No reason to not sign Corey Perry. Oilers need a scrappy player
For Oilers, why is everyone mentioning that they might go for a forward top 6. Why? The team is amazing offensively, they need a shutdown D and good goaltending. Trust Skinner/Pickard, if not, get another backup who could be starter. Get a heavy azz Shutdown D to play with nurse.
Vancouver needs a top 6 forward for sure, and if 1 more Heavy D! They are favorites to win the cup.

What Julian is saying is that Lou is making a mistake, that Lou didn't think things through? Maybe Julian hasn't thought things through. For another example, Julian wants the Leafs to change reality and is not listening to common sense. Chris actually sounds a bit frustrated with having to repeat himself.

There is no way Eberle is coming back to Edmonton. He’s a talented player with silky mitts but they got rid of him because he was undersized and lacked grit. You need size to keep up with heavy teams like LA, Vegas, Dallas, Jets, Panthers.

City of second chances, Zach Kassian, Evander Kane, Corey Perry 🤘🏼 it’s a no brainer freebie, no big trade, no cap hit, just an experience veteran presence to add some depth. Since the hawks dropped him I’ve been waiting for this!
