    A good friend’s dad was headed to Vegas in fall ‘93. I threw him a couple hundred to make some future bets for me while he was there. One of them was $50 on NYR to win the cup at like 8-1. The day he handed me the ticket was the day Larmer was traded to the Rangers. Talk about mixed emotions.

    C’mon, when you think of all-time great Hawks, Larmer is not the name you mention. He might’ve been a great player, but the rafters are for the greatest players in franchise history. No offense, that’s not Larmer.
