Bummer to see Hanley on waivers, since he'll probably get picked up, he's a solid backup for the Stars, but they've got to make some moves now with Tanev coming in hopefully for Tuesday, now to see if there's any more moves incoming by Friday

My Jets can't acquire anybody, I think the roster is set. If they take anybody onto the roster, they will lose a player on the waiver wire. They can participate in brokering a contract or 2 however.

The Wings are in such a weird piece right now. Probably going to make the playoffs, but probably not good enough to get out of the first round. Plenty of tweaks could be made to the roster. Two big names in the AHL who should be here, but the Griffins are doing really well. I have no idea what path this team should take.

I remember Dell’s time in Buffalo two seasons ago. Ten starts, twice came on in relief (where he made 14 saves on 14 shots)
In three starts, he faced 43, 47, and 47 shots. In four others, he saw between 30 and 39 shots. In two starts (his worst) he allowed nine goals on 48 SOG’s in total.
Dell’s issue seemed to be not hugging the post hard enough, which at 6’ 0” he really needed to. His best years have been with San Jose, he just didn’t cut it with NJ or Buffalo.
He’s never been more than a backup, and is 35 in May. Depth signing for their AHL team, I would imagine.
