Sometimes I think the Rick persona is just an act, then I watch segments like this and I realize, he's just incompetent. Why is he on TV or Radio? He might be a good retriever of info, but he's a horrible broadcaster. All his cohorts are literally laughing at his ineptitude.

Hronek is a right handed shot, which seems to be the holy grail of D men these days. As far as his D goes, I see him make bad plays quite frequently – coughing up the puck etc. I don't think he's worth $8M. If they pay him that much, your other UFA's you might want to keep will say hasta la vista baby. Or, do what Vegas does…sign him, and then put him on the IRL until next year's playoffs…LOL! Having 9 UFA's, and one RFA makes the current season look like a one off. Next year's team is likely to have little resemblance to this years. Just a fact of the cap rules that they have to maneuver.
