How is it even possible to have defenders that are “offensive” and absolutely suck at actually defending? Guys, your dream of being a 50 goal scoring forward ended a long time ago! Should probably learn how to play better defense
The Red Wings are not a good team, but also not a bad team. Enjoy the playoff chase for what it is. We can't go back and replay those games they lost. Maybe they don't make it. World is not going to end. Take a breath.
I’m officially over this slow drip trash season. If they make it, great, if they don’t, well I expected that. There’s so many glaring problems.
Things always seem to even up in such a long season. Wings just don't have what it takes to be a PO team. Especially on the blue line and in goals. Plus they have a handful of wingers who are just not very good defending. Yzerman has to find a way to get rid of 1 or 2 of his washed up vets on the blue line. As much as I like Sprong's offense, I would let him go as a UFA, same for Perron. Try to find guys who can provide some offense but are not complete liability when defending.
I do not understand the player usage. That falls 100% on Lalonde.
I wish people would stop defending Lyon, he lets up more than 1 soft goal every game. If you don't agree watch the fucking highlights.

I am a Detroit Red Wings fan and that was a keystone cops game for the Detroit Red Wings. They had so many chances to beat the Rangers. It wasn’t even funny. Coach HAS to be fired TONIGHT!!! 🤬🤬🤬 That was absolutely awful the last period. They could’ve easily tied the game and won that game, They just gave up all the odd man chances they had and they didn’t shoot when they had a chance to shoot the fucking goddamn puck!! They pass away all their chances! They look like a bunch of idiots out there and Rangers left so many chances open for us to beat them easily! The Rangers are not near as good as they are pretending to be. That was absolutely horrible game and I was so mad at the Red Wings! They were playing like they didn’t care at all! That was a fucking awful heartless and gutless loss!!! 😤😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

You’re not going to win out, but I think you’re down to affording only one more loss, probably Toronto. That’s why that 7 game stretch really hurt us. If we could’ve gone 3-4 it changes everything. You can’t lose to Arizona twice

2 or 3 goals were giveaways or came from stupid penalities. Unless we back into the playoffs it's all over. I posted about Perron's stupid penalties last year! He's a mixed bag.

Sure anybody can win any nibut to think that we are on the level of the rangers is crazy. I would love it if we make the playoffs, but if we don't .This year has been an extreme success compared to last year

Really hated that penalty by Perron and then Chiarot failing to clear our zone on the following PK. But overall loved how we played the game and excited for Sunday’s game against Buffalo!
Five teams "fighting" for the playoff spot is a really strong word. We're all losing and hoping to be gifted that spot.
Need 5 of the last 6 probably. They played well in spurts but way too many stupid mistakes. The goal they gave up with 30 sec left in the first and the 4 to 3 goal are inexcusable. They're not getting it done in key moments. Getting 0 pts and playing hard is still a failure. The team won't become a contender until they get a coach who instills a work ethic night in and night out.
