Tortarella has morphed into a fucking failure of a coach. He was always hard to stomach due to his piss poor attitude and his obnoxious fucking arrogance, which he showed us soon after his 04 win with Tampa and got increasingly worse year by year, up to present day. That 04 Lightening team was electric and could’ve won with any pro coach behind the bench.

They look like a team who has quit on the coach. They have 1 win since Couturier was a healthy scratch. Also ripping the rest of the team was over the top. Seems his act has worn thin again.

These posts are dumb. It’s a defensive breakdown, 1 guy should’ve stayed with Slaf in front of the net vs. both defenders going to the puck carrier, but it’s not an overly crazy breakdown. I see a defensive breakdown about this bad every 2nd or 3rd game with most teams, it’s not that noteworthy. NHL players make mistakes sometimes.
