Espn really doesn’t have a clue. Seems like every aspect of their coverage is offensive and clownish. This shit wouldnt work in Canada.

  2. hssk986

lol Mark Messier is probably one of the biggest dickheads in the sport.

  3. GoalieFatigue

Real meeting of the minds in the comments.

  4. ILSmokeItAll

    That was actually funny.

That said, ESPN can eat a colossal donkey dong.

  5. SmidgeMoose

Lol at « I could still win one »

  6. mildlysceptical22

Another example of why I never watch the channel between periods. It’s hard enough watching the national broadcast with Buccigross or ‘Bulging Dick’ Levy doing the play by play.

  7. Typical-Ad-6730

I am actually warming up to these 2 in the studio.

  8. JenkemBoofer691

And that’s it for the read through of the shower scene. Good job guys.

  9. TheHobo

Someone should transcript this and share it without context

  10. Varmitthefrog

Maybe PK hope to become a coach one day, I aint Mad at him for that

  11. howsitgoin_eh

Kudos to PK for respecting the Cup! Made me wanna puke when they let some country music bum drink out of it at last years award show.

  12. Boot-Representative

Trying trying trying to capture “Charles Barkley vibe”.

  13. mclaysalot

I fuckin’ love Subban. So smart and funny and exactly the energy that the league needs.

  14. Bad_Karma19

Messier is still doing this shit?

  15. Hungry-Raisin-5328

Same tho. I’m not touching it. Maybe they’ll hire me to be an usher for the Flames when I’m 80 and we’ll win one.

  16. Fastlane19

I love the “Sid’s out of shape”.

  17. TakeMe22TheRiver

Hysterical how Subban was one of the dirtiest and hated players on the ice and yet he loves to yap about player safety

  18. orlandofrolandro

As someone who grew up playing hockey in the 90’s, when I had the chance to touch the cup I didn’t. I dont know why but it was ingrained in me that you had to earn the right to touch it, or at the very least be related to someone who won it.

Stupid, I know. But we have a lot of stupid superstitious things we do.

  19. Just your typical locker room horseplay

  20. Ketachloride

I used to hate this a-hole and correct anyone who mentioned him that his name was ‘pk slewban’
but he’s surprised me by how fair and on point he can be in his analysis.
Hate that he’s growing on me, even his clownish antics

  21. maxalligator

    Betcha can’t touch just once!

  22. Skygazer2469

« Get that thing away from me »
PK, bruh, you were clear enough on your playing days you didn’t want to ever touch it.

« The superstation is over » – Mark Messier

  24. dylfree90

Even as a non player I’ve never laid my hands on that trophy, had my picture taken with it the last 3 times the pens won the cup, fans are permitted to put a hand on it and I refused. Feel like this is something you have to earn, player or not. That trophy is sacred.

  25. MTBguy1774

I got to party with the cup and would not touch it. Others at the party asked me why I was so afraid of touching it and told them it was for the player who earned it, me, I’ll just stand next to it and get my picture taken. Weird, because some of the other there even held it, but I couldn’t even get myself to touch it. ha.

  26. Embarrassed_Weird600

    Vancouverite here… fuck messier!

  27. Embarrassed_Weird600

Definitely wouldn’t touch it after him, it’s extra bad juju

  28. kelticslob

Ok but when I chase my coworkers while yelling “touch it!” I got a meeting with the HR lawyers?

  29. TryingThisAgainFFS

Yes the Stanley Cup is his Kryptonite

  30. FreshTony

Just like during his career, trying his hardest to not touch a cup.
