It just never feels like the Leafs are playing playoff hockey. I never really see them enter that "final gear" whereas you look at the Jets v Avs game and both those teams were ferocious.

After not making any real moves at the trade deadline, feels like the Leafs accepted they aren't good enough to compete this season, especially getting swept by Boston in the regular season. I really didn't have any expectations at all this year and they still find a way to disappoint.
I actually thought the score looked worse than the gameplay. I still think Toronto lost that game, but I feel like the score should have been more like 2-3 or 3-4. Fortune went a little in favor of the Bruins, and then Toronto got emotional. If they can stay level-headed and play a good 7 game round I think they can still do it. The score doesn't fully tell the story of this game.
I am not concerned. I am done watching their crap in the middle of the night…

Concerns now? It’s been a concern for going on 60 years, and more recently for this entire 10ish year incarnation. It’s not even something to break a sweat over anymore. This group is going nowhere and will be auctioned off this off season. The Shanaplan is dead.

I'm 61 years old 57 of those years I've watched them steal defeat from the jaws of victory ….they are the epitome of an under achieving overrated sports franchise loathed throughout the league and laughed at by true hockey fans the good thing is it will be over with quickly and then we can watch some hockey ….l thought a Leafs cup would be great now I'm looking at the greatest run in professional sports futility and embracing my eventual death with the leafs motto beholden in my heart…There's always next year ….
Every single away team has lost so far, but as usual, it’s the leafs that get targeted as being “in trouble”. It’s no wonder leafs teams can’t win with the amount of hate and pressure unfairly put on them. It’s a toxic work environment.
