If you want to send this roster to the next level switch out McLoad and Nuge. McLoad will bring more speed and be with two veterans to bring him along and Nuge is the best defensive forward that will help Perry stabilize the third line and help Holloway become more comfortable and guide him and shut down other teams best lines.
