Would prefer they offer him a coaching job, but I don’t think he walks away from $4m in salary he would be paid if he just goes on LTIR

ETA: we have LTIR help coming if Nicky does not retire, we save 3.5 off Kuzy’s deal next season, we lose Patches, the cap increases, and maybe TJ plays, maybe he doesn’t.
We’ve got some cap flex already.
