I.e, could a move like this with Zavragin partially be about coordination with his agent, the Flyers, and SKA about his development? Probably not, SKA is a major hockey team and simply accumulates talent like this no matter what, but its a fun off-season thought. Just good timing after the Michkov interview.

This is fantastic news. Let him develop on a good SKA team and when the time comes, he won’t likely have to go to an aircraft carrier for a year since Danny has an amicable relationship with Medvedev.

That means that in summer 2027:
– Either Fedotov will have fizzled out (Fine), or has been too good to let go (Great)
– A pay-day decision on Ersson will have been made
– Kolosov will have graduated to hopefully at least a 1B role with the Flyers
Which leaves Zavragin in a perfect spot to take over the Phantoms
