Keep the foot on the gas boys. Im hoping Holloway gets more ice and we can leverage him on the forecheck more and swap out ryan for carrick to counter their physicality next game. Also the mutual respect and love for each other between leo and connor is amazing. I just picture "you're better", "no youre better" 😅

Reporters talking about him carrying the team dont understand how doing physically and mentally exerting things like defending can put a team into a position to be scored on and/or allow grade A chances. McDavid and Draisaitl drive offensive play on the Oilers, but the whole team helps create moments where they can shine eventually. McDrai couldnt do what they do without the rest of the team doing what it does. I mean, wouldnt any other team with superstars like them operate similarly?
