Tkachuk had a nice game even without the goal. The feed to Barky in the middle was sick and we score there a majority of the time.
The forecheck is brutal!!! Just stuffed them in their zone!!! I see them just checking them deep and I see just a good check to (no way our guy breaks it up and maintain a positive result) and they just get to the puck and disrupt!!!!

These are the kinds of games that whittle an opponent down. It was the same thing in the last ECF where Carolina became more and more frustrated as the series continued on.

Can’t tell if we were that good or rangers were that bad. We dominated play but if they scored any of their breakaway goals could have been a different game , although we had a lot of changes as well that Igor stoped. I’m excited ?!! Also puck don’t lie baby

Fun fact for everyone: panthers have allowed the second fewest shots on goal/game (after preds who played the infamously low shooting Canucks) while at the same time blocking about 4-5 fewer shots/game than the next lowest shot blocking team the Oilers (who are also puck possession freaks). Speaks volumes to our ability to actually limit opportunities vs giving up shots and getting in the way which 100% takes a toll as the playoffs wear on
