No. Other Chia pets are filled from the top. I think the hole on the bottom is the problem.
Poor guys got the mange.
This was mine. In order to get it to grow I put it upside down in a cup full of water to keep them wet until it actually started to grow. It was a pain in the ass but it kinda got there.
