IT WAS 5 ON 3 IN FAVOR OF THE KNIGHTS AND THE CAPS DIDNT LET THEM SCORE. THERE IS NO DEBATING WHO THE BEST TEAM IS ANYMORE.
You anti-vegas people are hilarious. This was a great game that was decided by a miraculous save by Holtby, yet some people are arguing the refs are trying to push Vegas through? Absolutely Reaves' hit was dirty and probably should've been a 5 min major, but what about not calling a penalty shot when Vegas had a breakaway and was tripped up from behind? What about a blatant cross check from behind on Marschessault at 4:48? How is that any different than what Tuch was called for (justified and clear penalty) that lead to the Ovechkin PP goal? It's literally the exact same scenario, cross-check from behind but this doesn't get a call for some reason. And finally, what about calling a ridiculous matching minor penalty for a "dive" on I believe Haula when Backstrom was hooking him? How can you "dive" if the other player is literally committing a penalty on you. Regardless of all of this, it's a GAME and the referees are going to make mistakes. Everyone needs to chill out with the "refs suck they're favoring XYZ team" and enjoy the game, as these two teams are both playing great hockey and it's making for a fantastic series. With that being said, Knights in 6!! GKG!!! 😉

the highlight of this entire series is Marchessault getting absolutely cucked by Wilson in game 1.
I’m a big fleury fan but they were baiting him with the shot this entire series. He was always out of the blue paint and gave himself no chance at the pass.
