The answer will come the end of the month. And I’m as optimistic as I can be. From what has been said on the Russian side of things, there’s no reason to not be.

Not a bad thing that he will not be here right away as we can continue to not be great, pay out contracts, clear up cap space and have higher draft picks before he gets here.
