Ball will join Darren Pang in a new era of broadcasting for the Blackhawks as they’ll leave NBC Sports Chicago for the soon to be Chicago Sports Network. Great hire by Chicago and a really bad loss for the Calgary Flames

I always thought Rick Ball would replace Jim Hughson as the top choice on HNIC broadcasts, because he is that good. Best to him in Chicago. He and Pang are going to be must watch TV next season.
