Holy shit lol. As much as I like seeing aggressiveness like this, I’d rather just hold onto the assets and draft Catton at 12th.
Trading next year’s pick would be a very concerning move.

I’ve been reading some of the predictions in Columbus hockey spaces, I’m expecting a Lindstorm pick from them and I’m not optimistic this deal would go through, I wouldn’t want to trade my first round for next year personally. Wonder if Demidov would still be available at the 4th and / or who would be traded from our roster to Columbus in this case if they did accept.
