Fanatics does this all the time. I once ordered a Huberdeau autographed poster a few years ago and got a Torey Krug autograph instead. I guess they don’t bother to label what’s what when it’s all packed up, and they just guess where to send everything?
At least now you don’t have to worry about buying extra toilet paper for the next hurricane/panic buy
