Gonna put my Vote in for Edler. Was heavily relied on his whole career in Vancouver. With Huggy rapidly climbing the Canucks all time lists, I feel like Edler will be forgotten a few years down the line.

Jirke Lumme. Never included in the discussion of best defenseman. Scored 40+ points 5 times.

My favorite player growing up after Bure and Gino

imo Alex Burrows, while not underrated by us, is underrated by every other fan base and was the embodiment of being underrated all throughout his career.

  5. Ok-Bowler-203

Petri Skriko is a good candidate.

Mason Raymond? People might remember the Ballard, Raymond, and a 2nd round pick meme more than how Raymond would absolutely carry shootouts for us and was still a serviceable winger. He was the main reason they banned the spin-o-rama haha

  7. Hyack57

Matthias Ohlund. Consistently good and reliable.

Anson carter.. when he got to play with the Sedins

My vote is Alexander Mogilny. Quite dominant for a few seasons with us. Had a hall of fame career but has never been inducted.

Ryan Miller. Dude put up extremely good numbers considering the teams in front of him.

  11. Does everything right, quietly and at a reasonable contract, I guess that should go to Suter for the most current and Jannick Hansen or Ronning for all time

  12. jelery_celery

    Ryan Miller without a question

    Brown, def. , Motte,forward. Lidster,def., Adam’s, forward.

It’s Sami Salo. He was consistently one of our best d-men through thick and thin. Never forget the Finnish MacInnis.
