   Call me biased, idgaf, but if Hughes played for the Avs, he’d be #1. He outplayed Makar last season, who imo has a better core around him with MacKinnon and Rantanen.

   I had to go to battle in r/hockey before last season just to convince people Hughes is at least top 7 in the league. I was ASSURED he’s not better than Fox, Heiskanen, Dahlin, McAvoy, Hedman, Josi and even Toews and Slavin by some. He’s just too small and can’t defend…
