No to both guys. What's the word on Tony DeAngelo?
If we want to cement our "legacy" of icing the oldest team in the league go ahead and bring them in. They could work in a mentorship role for the younger players (younger than the 2 being talked about that is). I would think as 7th defense, used sparingly they might be ok. I want to see the defense we have signed and traded for to see what their chemistry is with the rest of the roster. Also we have a farm team, isn't the point to be able to bring talent up from there to play for the parent club?
Appreciate what you do making Oilers videos
I’d welcome shatenkirk and Gio. $800k – gives us depth. Any injury on D and we are really weak for depth. We just need some solid D for 14 mins a night so the top 4 can do 22 mins and no more.
I dont care who they bring in, ALL I want is a CUP Period.
Shattenkirk would be horrible, he's never been good defensively and is even slower now. He was great for the PP but that's not needed. So basically bring in a guy that years ago didn't want to come now all of the sudden that he is in the last year or two of his career he wants in on it.
still no time stamps?
no to both
I appreciate the minute long recap of the Ctossfield slow-pitch tourney
A trade to think about for the Oilers would be getting Robertson and Lillagren out of Toronto
