Manage throughout the year doesn’t sound good. I trust our doctors but if his own team let him go, signed his replacement at an overpay, and the whole 2 year to 1 year contract thing…this seems so sketchy.

He’s worked hard enough to the point where he earned a contract, so long as he and the team keep an eye on it I don’t see an issue. It’s no different than jelly knees Reaves having to wear knee braces so he can play, IMO.
