    Why do these players screw the summer away with injuries and not dealing with the injury or am I not seeing the big picture as it seems to be disloyal to the fan base.

    Decent 4. I would add: is there enough defensive depth? And is skinner going to hold up?

    That defence is horrible. Thats like 2015 horrible. This looks like the defence of a non playoff team. Shameful to not upgrade the D

    The problem here is that Jeff Jackson concentrated on boosting our front end and seemingly forgot for the most part our defense. Right now they are predominantly prospects along with two veterans. I agree that is not enough depth to compete. I agree, we are going to have a lot of high goal count games where our top six give their goalie a hard time, while their forwards go flying past our defense. We NEED another trade for a 2nd line D-man if we are going to bring Stanley back to it's home country. I am not sure if the pairing of Skinner-Pickard is going to be enough. That's my number 5.
