What exactly is the purpose of the rope?

    A tradition like no other

Michkov realizing his Russian coaches were softer than Torts

So each rep is 3 laps. looks like they alternate directions. How many reps is the test? Do they just keep going until somebody pukes?

Oh god this just triggered a fight or flight response from my youth. It wasn’t nearly this intense but still absolutely hell

I do something similar with my teams. Break them into 2 groups put 12 minutes on the board buzzer goes off every 30 seconds. First 30 seconds everyone just coasts. First buzzer group 1 goes as hard as they can. Next buzzer group 1 coasts group 2 goes. Cycle repeats. Not that much time but you’d be surprised how much it sucks

Can anyone go to these practice sessions? I’m working in Vorhees right now. I’d love to stop by for a few minutes.

When does he light the rope on fire?

Suicides as a goalie while pushing the net.

Worst skating drill a coach ever made me do.

Honestly though, it was a really good workout

is that supposed to be hard? One reporter on twitter said it was 8 laps. Surely it has to be more???
