  1. Knies looked incredible in the playoffs…my favorite moment from the playoffs last year was him stepping in front of Tavares up to Pasta. "THAT"S WHAT I THOUGHT"

  2. This is just a statistical discrepancy. Nobody even likely put on 5 pounds of muscle…..

A beginning gym goer will only put on 12-18lbs of lean muscle in a year. An intermediate gym goer maybe puts on 6-10, and anyone that has worked out over a few years will maybe put on a single pound of muscle over the course of a year. These guys are professional athletes. There is no change in routine that is going to magically create that much muscle growth in an offseason. It's either a statistical discrepancy or they are juicing like crazy

  3. Knies under berube should be a whole diff player. This kids big and thick for his age, hoping he starts using his weight more nd throwing the body. That one fight he got in is what i wanna see more of, standing up for your teammates without even thinking of it.

  4. Don't see Marner on that list… let's hope his game can finally be adapted to the playoffs.

    Let's go Leafs!!

  5. I did say at the end of last season the Leafs players really need to hit the gym the next day and put on weight. They must have listened cough. If they didn't have Berube as a coach I expect they wouldn't have put on as much

  6. Nobody can gain 10lbs of straight muscle in a matter of 4 months unless they are taking testosterone, they just gained maybe a pound at most of muscle with water weight and fat
