  1. The NHL has great personalities was like the best joke ive almost ever heard. That was a joke right? Right? I mean hockey players show literally no personality its probably one reason hockey isnt very marketable compared to other sports in the U.S. Personally i really dig the more stoic, humble approach compared to other sports but like hockey interviews are so boring….

  2. This series will finally show NHL players with personality unlike their usual boring interviews

  3. this is the evolution of HBOs 24/7 road to winter classic…. except no fkn babcock to ruin it for the viewers!

  4. I just hope this is successful and they actually stick with it. I feel like if it's a one off, even if it's successful it won't have much impact. But this is what NHL fans have been asking for. The media training makes it so difficult to really connect with players.

Nylander is a great guy for something like this too. I feel like his international appeal combined with the fact he seems to care less about media training and PR language than most players should make him even more likable.

  5. If it comes close to HBO's 24/7, the best NHL docuseries ever made, then it's what hockey needs. It's gonna be hard to top that series. The trailers for this one look great, but the HBO series was absolute epic.

  6. Not gonna lie I think crap like this is bad for players. Not to mention to have amazon do it!?!?!

Were talking about the company who bought ac units for their robots and put no ac in the warehouses with people in them.

Amazon is a shady scummy company. Not excited to have them anywhere near hockey

  7. Netflix drive to survive was the best thing to happen to F1, let's see what this does for the NHL.

  8. I won't be watching this , imagine having to watch Subhan race hustling for 5 min, I bet George LaRoche will be there also 🙄

  9. as an f1 fan i must say netflix certainly helped broadcast the sport to north america and getting people into it and i believe if amazon does this right it could be the same impact globally i hope it works well and i’m looking forward to seeing it

  10. OK I'm a bad guy. I saw William Nylander's thumbnail with "This is what hockey needs" and my first thought was "Did he come out of the closet?".

  11. somebody clicked on your video thinking "thats what i said!" only to see you gave them credit 😂

  12. Disappointed? Florida winning first Stanley cup was priceless and they deserved that cup! Well guess you hate Panthers when you are Rangers fan…

  13. 1:38 “The NHL has such great personalities”

Lol, lmao even. The NHL has such trouble with marketing in part because almost every player has the personality of a cardboard box :/

  14. I didn't even know this was coming, thanks for the heads up! Sounds like it's gonna be really good. Like you said, they couldn't have picked a better season to do it with

  15. Disappointed in how it turned out. F-Y broski. It turned out exactly like it should have. Panthers got their long deserved Cup. EDM went back to the tundra cupless..

  16. The best team already got their All Or Nothing series from Amazon prime, the other 31 teams all fit into one series because they are actual dust😂

  17. Rishaug reported saying that neither the oilers or McDavid requested anything to be held back. That implies that they must have had some control over the footage. I doubt the NHL and NHLPA would allow absolute free reign. Also on a local radio station this morning one of the guys hired by amazon was talking about how the Oilers are already really comfortable with film crews since Oilers+ is always there filming.

  18. I watched that Conor part 10 times. Something about the pure heart in playoff hockey has me pumped up for the season. Pre-season has been a dandy as a Hab's fan.

  19. If you ever wonder why McDavid got the C its that clip. Hes got the skills of Gretzky and the heart of Messier. I cant wait to see him lift the cup one day!
