    Cause if not the original owner must have taken extremely good care of it

    I absolutely have a stub exactly like this and was always curious what it was worth. It’s not a 10. I bought a copy of Bernie Parent’s book, « Bernie! » and the stub was in the middle of the book. Owner must have used it as a book mark and forgot it was in there.
