Hello all you magnificent bastards.
Another season of GDT’s is upon us and as some of you may already know.. I’ve been blessed with the gift of hosting all you beautiful souls.
That being said. I want to know what you want in your GDT’s. I know alot of people were sad to see the drinking game go (me included and i dont even drink anymore).
So I’ve been thinking of bringing that back into the fold. Been mulling around the idea of having votes on new rules? Weekly? Monthly? Per game basis?
Not sure what the engagement would be if on a game by game basis, but a « ten most upvoted are the rules for that game » thread could be fun.
Just trying to make these GDT’s as enjoyable as possible given the..bleak.. season outlook.

I like the “most upvoted” become the rules idea. Maybe pull some fun ones from before (if that’s easy enough to track down). Thanks for doing this!
Thanks for taking over, I’m excited for you. I liked the drinking game. I must admit, I like the oilers post game threads with a changing meme based off losses to supplement your voting idea.
Maybe a shot whenever Pospisil or Honzek scores with an assist from the other? Like instead of the French connection it could be the Slovak Connection

Are there going to be pregame threads? Those are good for getting bonus rules for the game
Can we have a drinking game or, for those who don’t consume, a bingo game? As it’s a new era it’s a good time to start marking players’ habits again, and it may make this probably awful season more fun.
