Should have been a penalty…he didn’t toe pick himself, the D’s stick prevent led him from moving his leg.
Speaking as a hawks fan, i did have to rewatch several times, slowly, to change my mind. But… right call: he was falling, and the stick-slap to his leg did not ~cause~ the fall, so tripping didnt happen. Sick heads-up play though, and props to the tendy for saving the chance.
