  1. Good for him, what a moment 🥲 can’t even imagine what he must have been feeling

  2. If the Blue Jackets could somehow win the Cup this year, what would be the most legendary moment in this League.

  3. When Monahan left Winnipeg I was upset, but now knowing he left us to play with his best friend, I don't hold any grudges whatsoever.
What a beautiful tribute by the Blue Jackets for Johnny Hockey.
R.I.P. and condolences to his family, friends and his fans.

  4. Man it’s one thing pointing to the sky. Lots of people do that in deferent sports to pay homeage.

He literally looked right up as if he was there. One of the best tribute goals in sports history .

  5. Hope they saved that puck for J13
The Jonny & Monny line as they were known for years.

  6. Man, I remember when Monahan was on the outs in Calgary. Wanted so bad for my team to pick him up, and never did. Then was moving on from Montreal, still didn't go for him. Then out from Winnipeg. Still nothing.

Guy had hit a rut for a bit, but he's always been a heart player, and I'd have taken him on my team any day of any week. No surprise to see something like this from him. Rock on, Sean. 🍻
