  1. I’ve been pushing for the tandem to be Talbot/Lyon for a while. Husso is too injury prone and not very reliable. If the defense can button up, the Wings have a fighting chance to make the post season.

  2. The first year we had Husso, there were times he stood on his head, but later missed opportunities and injuries

  3. It goes to show that Henimen and kaponen for Montreal are likely here to stay. I really like both players and what they bring. unfortunately this may be then for Ralpheal harvey pinard in Montreal.

  4. Which player(s) would benefit from Barre-Boulet being sent down ? I thought he was playing relatively well while being stuck playing with underwhelming veterans.

Good luck in Laval RHP 3.0

  5. It feels like a long time since my Wings had good goaltending like Hasek, Vernon, or even Osgood or Howard

  6. Nobody is claiming Husso at a 4.75 cap hit. 1.15 is the max you can bury in the minors. That still roughly 3.5 million in wasted cap space for Detroit. Or an added 1.15 in cap space. Depends on how you look at it, I guess.

  7. Yeah, Husso has just been more of a liability in net than anything. Sucks to be him but it's the right move.

  8. Husso only played 25 minutes this season and has a 9.42 GAA and .714SV% 💀 They didn't waste any time

  9. I liked Husso, but he's too often not in form to be in the NHL, detroit defence needs someone more solid in net. Talbot and Lyon going forward is the safe bet, I agree with the waiving

  10. Keep Celebrini out!! Sharks are still gonna stink this year, no reason to bring him back with any level of urgency. Idc if he's out for 2 months. And yes, I'm a Sharks fan…

  11. The wings roster is boring as hell. It’s sucks growing up in the 80s and 90s NHL and having to watch your favorite team become lifeless and sleep inducing. I can’t stomach sitting through another of their games.

  12. Cossa is with the Grand Rapids Griffins. Looking forward to see him get some games this season and, hopefully, up with the Wings next season.

  13. The much fabled Yzerman plan! Hasn't been able to find a goalie since he got there, hasn't made the playoffs since he took over. Any other GM would've been fired with that kind of track record but can't fire a Wings legend.

  14. I'm just curious where all the people who lambasted the Blues for letting Husso walk while keeping Binnington ran off to? I was expecting to see a heaping helping of "I was wrong" comments. 🤔
