    Sharks @ Lightning: 1-8: Pulled Vanacek (Vanecek) and Blackwood enters in relief.
    Both were the Devils goaltenders at some point

    This one was tough to watch. The third blowout this team has gone through this season along with the games against Winnipeg and Vegas. Last season basically half the games were blowouts. At least they didn't get shutout. The next 2 vs Florida and Carolina will be interesting.

    STOP PLAYING VANECEK.

    He is awful. It's time to trade him for a Big Mac meal and make Askarov the full time backup. While not all the goals were his fault, he let in some weak ones and couldn't make a damn save when the team needed one. This was a pathetic peformance from the entire team after such great game versus Washington. Maybe they had too many tequilas and Cuban food the night before. They needed their goalie to help weather the storm, until they got their legs, and Vanecek just let everything in. The game was over before it began. They better shake it off because Florida is a far better team.

That’s why he’s a color announcer and not a player or coach 🤡 🤡 🤡 he needs to shut his mouth and not spew verbal diarrhea.
