Broberg is the top 4 Dman the Oilers will be looking for come trade deadline. Oilers cut their nose off to spite their face. foolish not prioritizing Broberg/Holloway after cup run, instead of older free agents…if not for Broberg, Oilers weren't getting past Dallas.
Unfortunately for Bro, the Edmonton Oilers had very few injuries on defense while he was an Oiler.
Jeff Jackson had a whole year but didn't sign him. What a wasted opportunity. And the kicker is they lost holloway too. That said, the mitigation with Emberson and Podkolzin has been decent work. I hope that the Oilers crush the Blues tonight.
