Prob the worst call ever made.
If a goalie leaves the crease to play the puck, he should be fair game. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Collision with the goalie, helmet comes off. Ref instinctively calls a penalty, quickly realizes it was a bad call, so calls both to even it up and try and fix the mistake. Probably should have just called nothing and admitted to the quick whistle being in error but refs have egos.

Вообще не понял за что Андерсу Ли дали 2 минуты, Пётр сам в него влетел хрен знает где, на середине площадки, вратарь сам инициировал контакт далеко вне вратарской зоны, никакой возможности избежать столкновения у игрока NYI не было, как мог постарался убрать корпус от столкновения. Либо никаких штрафов быть не может либо 2 минуты за unsportsmanlike conduct CAR(за махание руками после столкновения)
Coming out of the net, looking for the collision, trying to attack a second player and then embellish as if you're injured. And the refs reward that with a call. Well at least they evened it up.

I will never feel sympathy for a goalie who gets hurt when they skate far out of their net to get the puck. The crease and the trapezoid are the goalie's spaces, and that should be respected, but anything more than that is open season on them.
