I was there and what a game. We should have buried them earlier but my Flyers hung in and won in a shootout!
Too many Offensive minded defensemen. Up three to nothing and the game had to be settled in shootouts. Seeler is the only true Defenseman and it has to change. They don't need a bunch of puck carriers back on the blue line. Johnson, a nice player was digging for mushrooms on that goal. With his size, he needs to do better than that. I'd like to see Danny move a Drysdale and/or Johnson for better defensemen. Sam is at a critical point in his young career and they need to play better in their own zone. Forget the playoffs until this team plays better team defense and that is on Torts.
1. Michkov is the MAN. Welcome back.
2. Cootsy is an absolute traffic cone.
3. Team still have a TON of work to do. Mostly defense.
