To be fair though, not many teams can take the Leafs in OT 3 on 3.. but the leafs didn't deserve to be there last night
Leafs feel like the team that they usually lose to. So, I know they aren’t scoring as much lately but they their style of play works in the long run
Steve, my guess is that the players are playing better with Woll in the net because they don't want him to get hurt. Subconsciously, in the back of their mind, which means they have to be alert and in the game and reduce mistakes. Just a guess.

My Devils are absolutely soft and they are in danger of being a consistently inconsistent team with no pushback and no answers. It’s sad to see because the talent level is ridiculously high but they can’t score wallop the Panthers twice in their own building, fight multiple times, and just beat down on the defending champs but lose a game like this to an equally soft team who just didn’t quit. Maybe they will learn, but they probably won’t so here’s to more inconsistency and losses in games we should have won. Can’t wait to lose in the first round!
