  1. The Mathew’s out record is crazy, but it’s for small stretches, if it was 30-40 games I’m not so sure it’d be the same result

  2. Cup has a better than avg chNCE OF COMING Bck to canada
i say this maybe nwxt year higher prob

  3. I don’t think they have been passing too much AM. They could barely pass to anyone or gain the zone before he went down.

  4. Lalonde has lost the red wings. They are not a good roster but still – he has taken them as far as he can .

  5. Timmins with that one play showed more promise than Lilligren in 6 years with the Leafs lol

  6. Fun fact: Caufield and Suzuki have both done something that no Leaf player has ever done in the history of the Maple Leaf's… Play a game in the 4th round of the playoffs.

  7. Don’t even talk about the Jets. Go back to the Edmonton band wagon like at the beginning of the season you plugs

  8. To answer Sammy McKee's roleplay question at 28:13 …. not only would I NOT trade Knies for Slafkovsky… but I wouldnt trade Knies at all. Period. I'd extend him with the lowest AAV I could. If that means some signing bonuses or short-term or longterm… whatever it is to keep the AAV down… im doing it.

  9. Guys, you were doubting Oliver Ekman-Larsson in the beginning of the season.

He has played very well, being the second best defenseman , after Morgan Reilly.

Chris Tanev has been a bit of a disappointment. Jake McCabe has played very well too.

Next Saturday' s match against Edmonton shows the direction of Leafs for the rest of this year.

  10. So many legendary quotes from Sammy lol "Ow my hammy!" and "Can I NOT play with Jonas Hoglund?" are my two favourites this season so far 🤣

  11. The theory is Marner is the best player on the team and always has been but everyone is too scared to say it.

    JUST SAY IT

  12. The Perfetti bridge worked very well in the Jets favor because it allowed the team to ice a very deep team with quality players. If they paid Perfetti $6.5M, instead of 3.25 then they would have probably have to trade away Ehlers in his prime.

  13. I've been on it for 8 years. Marner and matthews should not play together if you want a balanced line up.

If mitch wants MacKinnon money you don't play with matthews. It's simple.

  14. Take a look at SV% while Auston Matthews is out of the lineup, its absurd. The goalies stand on their head when they know he isn't going to outscore their problems.

  15. 11:55 I totally agree with Justin-It's almost impossible to have a power play thats better than theirs right now. Why would they change it? Or at least keep riding it and the first time they don't score then throw in Mathews.

  16. Went to the Leafs Jets game last month. Knies looks young. His size didn’t really stand out. Stolarz was a presence. Cool to see Reavo. Patches stood out with 3 assists to Tavares hat trick. Great game to watch live.
