Briere has very uncomfortable moment arriving very soon. He has to get rid of the horrible optics of Jamie vs Gauthier like ASAP but Jamie's trade value is zilch. He also has to get rid of Ersson because the Russian bear 🐻 is firmly entrenched in net and he needs someone with decent trade value to unload Jamie and frosty.
Basically Brieres entire gm career hangs on what he can get in return for Ersson.
The only way Tip is gonna get rolling is to sit him up in the box for a couple of games. Make him see the game from atop. BTW I counted 11 times he fell to the ice in today's game. He has very weak balance on skates. Someone should work with him harder to strengthen his balance. He's always falling.
Drysdale is made of rice paper. He was damaged goods when he came over. Flyer's got pearl harbored on this trade.
