great hockey game between two elite teams. canes needed it badly after they failed to show up against florida the other night. been a tough stretch in general even dating back before the all star break. hopefully this and the nashville game are signs they’re getting back on track. still don’t like the propensity to let teams back in, which they also did against nashville after it has been 4-1 letting them get to 4-3, but definitely progress.
Pretty sad for Crosby at 9 mil/year giving you a little over a ppg. There are a bunch of players that produce the same at under a million. I am not saying it is time to put this horse out to pasture but maybe it's time for a salary cut to be able to pay for some new talent that can actually score.
House flash needs to be stopped. Seeing a camera flash every 5 seconds that lights up the whole arena almost ruins the game for the fans in attendance and on TV. It's bright enough in the arena already, I don't need to have a seizure just so you can get a photo for a magazine that no one is going to read.

WE LOOK LIKE CONTENDERS AND WILL PULL A DEEP PLAYOFF RUN FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2019, PLEASE COME TO OUR GAAAAAMES!!!!!" Good game to the Hurricanes as they have been a menace this year but Penguins, you made me deactivate yinzer mode for now :(.
